Hard Working Class Heroes 2008

The Dagger Lees

This female fronted, blues screaming, soul racket recently announced a name change and the recording of their debut album with legendary Detroit producer Jim Diamond (ex-Dirtbombs). Beginning life as Stagger Lee, legal difficulties forged a new i-d in 08 for The Dagger Lees. A US Vivid-Alt film soundtrack, new single and more to come.

Yeah pure deadly and a genuinely great live band who are playing this festival. The Corrs singer has hit a bit of a low. Hot hot hot though. Comment published 13/08/2008 22:26:06
