Although we did say we're not bothering with April Fools' Day this year because, come on, this is too good not to ignore.
With the build-up for Dark Souls III now reaching a fever pitch, this little trailer pitches the game as an '80s VHS grindhouse splatter-fest. All of which we're totally on board with, April Fools' Day or not.
Before you get all excited, there's no Dark Souls movie on the way - however the release date for the game is correct and it's very obviously footage taken from the game itself.
