Images that appear to be the first look at a new slim design for the Playstation 4 have leaked online.

The images originally appeared on an online auction site but the listing has since been taken down. 

The unit appears thinner and its edges are rounded, unlike the squared-off corners of the original design. Sony announced that the Playstation Neo would be released later this year. Whether or not this is what Neo will look like or if this is just a remodel of the original Playstation 4 remains to be seen. 

The official unveiling of Neo is expected to take place on September 7th.
