EA's latest offering of the hugely popular Tiger Woods franchise offers little in the way of innovation and originality for hardened pros of previous years, but for newcomers there is no better starting point than to step foot onto the first tee with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10.

All the usual modes are here, stroke-play, match play, Tournament challenge, plus a neat new feature that allows the player to 'Play the Pro's' where you can try and beat the score of a pro playing in a real-world tournament. Saying this, The PGA Tour Career is really where most replay value is, as you strive to take your player to the top and challenge the great man in the red shirt.

The usual analog swing returns, but there's several other methods to try in case the analog isn't your thing. The biggest new addition this year is the new Precision Putting, where a bar increases or decreases depending what spot you pick on the green. It adds a level of difficulty lacking in previous years, and means you'll be sinking less of those thirty foot putts and bogeying more of those little, knee-trembling four-footers.

The graphics haven't had much of an overhall since last year but courses still look beautifully polished. Unfortunately, Tiger aside, player models could be better, and is one area future titles should seriously focus on.

Its hard to recommend  TW10 to those that own last year's offering, but if you're new to the franchise, or simply have skipped the title the last few years, TW10 is definitely worth a shot, because, like all the others, there's just so much to do in these games and this one is no different.
