Taste of Dublin, Ireland's biggest celebration of food and drink, will be returning once again to the Iveagh Gardens this summer. It will be running from Thursday June 15th to Sunday June 18th, tickets are available from the Taste of Dublin website.

The theme for this year's festival is 'Flavours of the World', which reflects Ireland's changing tastes and the diversity that exists within our culinary industry. Chefs and restaurants are being asked to incorporate a foreign cuisine element into their menus, while also promoting the best of the Irish talents and products.

As always, Ireland's top restaurants, chefs and food producers will be at the festival providing live demonstrations and samples of their best dishes and products. Clodagh McKenna, Darina Allen, Jean Christophe Novelli, Neven Maguire , Kevin Dundon and Taste newcomers Aoife Noonan and Michelin starred Enda McEvoy are amongst those who will be appearing. Restaurants at the festival include The Porthouse, The Exchequer, Jaipur, Klaw, Suesey Street and San Lorenzos.

There will also be several new feature experiences, including the Style Afternoon on Friday hosted by Pippa O'Connor, 'Make Life Delicious' a new cookery school feature, family afternoons on Saturday and Sunday, including activities for parents and children, Producers' Row and much more.
