This Easter weekend is a time to think about those less fortunate. Many of you will associate Easter and Lent with Trócaire - the Irish charity that works to bring about positive and lasting change in some of the world's poorest places. Well extend that thought to May 10th, when the annual mini-festival Trócaire Live takes place at the Grand Social, Dublin.

In a 2014 twist, Trócaire has collaborated with up-and-coming street artist Cian Walker to create three special pieces of art. The pieces will highlight Trócaires's campaigning work and will be displayed in the Grand Social in the lead-up to TrócaireLive.

Some amazing acts are set to take to the stage on May 10th, with Irish electronic musician Daithí headlining alongside Colours Afrobeat Foundation and The Eskies.

Joinging them will be Dublin-based music collective The Animators; Ugandan folk singer Justine Nantale; Soul-Folk-Alternative artist Yong Buddha; Nigerian drumming group Talking Drums; Groovement Soul DJs; and White Collar Boy (DJ Set) with Dan Hegarty taking on MC duties.

The acts will perform inside and in the beer garden and along with enjoying the music, festival goers can sample world food and admire a photographic display.

Tickets cost only €10 and can be purchased here on entertainment.ie! Doors 5pm. Admission free before 7pm.
