Saddle up for an event you won’t want to miss this Summer! The 142nd Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show will take place in the world famous RDS Showground’s from Wednesday, August 5th to Sunday, August 9th 2015.
If you’re a fan of horses, horses jumping over things, food and drink, great live music, family fun and want a super day out, it’s not to be missed. Did we mention the horses? If that sounds good, keep reading for a chance to win a pair of free tickets to the event.
The show is the highlight of the summer social calendar as it combines the best in national and international equestrian competitions with a fantastic array of music and entertainment, arts & crafts, fashion & shopping, cafes, bars, and restaurants.
This year’s programme includes Irish dancers, juggling and magic acts. A Barbershop Quartet, as well as a number of acoustic bands, will be strolling throughout the grounds as they play various locations, while you can also catch acts like the Garda Band on the live stage.
There will be over 300 trade stands to browse through, populated with art and antiques, fashion, and equestrian gear. When you’re done with that, you can take some time out to try one of the many great places to eat on site, particularly the seafood and champagne bar.
