Cahersiveen Festival of Music and Arts
Every August Bank Holiday weekend in Cahersiveen, Co Kerry this well established family focussed festival takes place. The programme offers a wide range of events targeted at all age groups. From Trad music sessions to live stage bands, a spectacular fireworks display, busking competition, kayaking etc. There is a huge range of events for children including teddy bears' picnic, street entertainment, puppet shows, bouncy castles, face painting and more. Traditional Irish music and dance are key elements of the festival. Live music is enjoyed by all, each evening on the festival stage. A jam packed weekend catering for all ages and interests.
