Dr Temperance Brennan is a highly skilled forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington DC. When the standard methods of identifying a body are useless, at a point when the remains are badly decomposed, burnt or destroyed, the Law enforcement calls in for Brennan and Special Agent Seeley Booth of the FBI's Homicide Investigations, a former army sniper, for their uncanny ability to read clues left behind in the victims bones making them a formidable team.
