Emerging Northside Dublin band The Rattling Kind have announced an Academy 2 show for June 15th.
With fluid drumming (John Mulrooney), driving bass (Thomas Forde) and incisive lead guitar playing (Ben McGinn), heartfelt lyrics are sung passionately by lead singer Eddie Sherlock in his unique voice.
With a love for Irish artists such as The Dubliners, Damien Dempsey, Declan Sinnott, The Frames and Villagers, as well as international artists like Paulo Nutini, Newton Faulkner, Arcade Fire, Kasabian, The Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Roger Waters, and Frank Zappa, the band hope to pool their musical influences together and aim to produce "The Rattling Kind" of music.
We have a pair of tickets to The Rattling Kind at The Academy 2 on Friday 15th June to give away. Simply answer the question correctly to be entered into the draw. Competition closes Wednesday 13th June.
