There's an exciting new night on Dublin's comedy scene and it's already becoming somewhat of a cult hit: Stand-Up & Answers. A special new table quiz night helmed by Jarlath Regan which fuses stand-up comedy from some of Ireland's best loved comics with ridiculous trivia rounds.

The pub quiz, like stand-up comedy, has become a staple part of Irish life but never before have the two been married together in such a joyous union. The focus is on taking the piss with rounds as diverse as "Crouching Tiger Hidden Tayto?", "What fecking movie was that in?", "What in Christ's name happened next?" and quality comedy coming from the likes of John Colleary (Savage Eye), Barry Murphy, Foil Arms and Hog and David O'Doherty in the months to come.

What ever you usually do of a Friday, we recommend trying this out. Stand-Up and Answers takes place at The Workman's Club to take part on Friday April 27th. Admission is a mere €11 and there's no rules on team size provided your team name is reasonably funny.
