Jon Stewart returns!

Rejoice, people, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart is back... every damn weekday.

There was uproar when More 4 curtailed broadcasting the satirical news programme to one day a week, and rightly so - it's awesome. According to Chortle.co.uk we can see it on screens from July 23rd again on Comedy Central UK - the sister company of the US network that broadcasts it. Comedy Central's managing director Jill Ofmman said: ‘I’m delighted to welcome Jon Stewart to his rightful home in the UK. It’s a stellar addition to our comedy line-up.’

Delighted with this. At least with (the equally fantastic) Jimmy Kimmel Live we can watch on You Tube, but The Daily Show videos were blocked - so we never even saw clips. With an impending election, the timing couldn't be better.
