Foil Arms and Hog kick off Vodafone Comedy Festival

Eeeek, only a few days to go now until my absolute FAVOURITE Dublin city event of the summer - the Vodafone Comedy Festival kicks off. Here's my good (and of course hilarious) pals Foil Arms and Hog sporting some questionable neon lycra, um, tights are they? Whatever they are, the lads are looking well. FAH will be headlining their very own show on Thursday in the Jokeshop tent (alongside MC Eleanor Tiernan and fellow sketch troupe A Betrayal of Penguins). Do not miss these guys - an hour with them is possibly the most fun you could have of a Thursday evening.

We've had the pleasure of chatting to these trio on a number of occassions. "Get set for a belly full of laughs - Irish Comedian Fred Cooke and comedy sketch group Foil, Arms and Hog were full of laughter ahead of the Vodafone Ireland Comedy Festival 2012 this weekend as they joined Laughter Yoga Ireland to get into the comedy spirit during the transformation of Dublin's Iveagh Gardens into a comedy playground. This year’s festival boasts an impressive line up of 65 Irish and international acts. Tickets are still available for the festival at www.vodafonecomedy.com which kicks off this Thursday, 26th July and will run until Sunday, 29th July."
