Clerks 2

I was a bit wary of Clerks 2 at first because so often we see films going badly wrong in the second installment. But I am glad to say that Clerks 2 was just as good as the original. What makes the Clerks films so good is the dialogue is as clever, irreverent and so illogical that it sucks you in. Although fanatics of the first films may be disappointed because it lacks the indy feel that the black and white brought, but this means that the film is now more mainstream, and that added with better camera angles means that the film is more enjoyable to the average person. This of course means more interest which means more revenue, which means that we will hopefully be seeing more of this type of intriguing genre; films that use the script to carry the story and don't get wrapped up in special effects which seem to be seen as a way to carry a film and Clerks 1 and 2 proves this. A great film and a definite must see for lovers of the first movie, and lovers of films in general.
