What Women Want is a terrible film. It is overlong and the funny and best parts can be seen in the trailers. Mel Gibson plays Nick Marshall, an obnoxious and chauvinistic advertising executive and till the end when the penny drops and he changes his attitude the character is simply aggravating. The idea that someone can hear what people are thinking could have been gold but this film doesn't take it where it could have been. A big disappointment.
