Batman Begins was a light movie that you could enjoy without having to know all about the comicbook backstory all the nerds tripe on about
It was a nice change too that they went back to show how he became the man. Also it was good to see some backstory where you see Wayne as slightly fallen and tarnished and not the perfect symbol that you grow up with as a kid watching the cartoons and the movies. You see he had difficulties just like anyone else so he isn't the immortal superhero kind of character. I thought Bale was perfect for the role to be honest. Murphy was very accomplished as the baddy. Interesting seeing him play such a character too. Good stunts, special effects, acting, story.
