Seraphim Falls
Lets make a Western - Siobhan L.
its a couple of years after the American civil war and Liam Neesons character has hired some thugs to help him hunt down and kill Pierce Brosnan. The treck takes them from mountains in winter to deserts in summer. Although both characters are haunted by their shared past, we really don't know what is the cause until close to the end. This story has little new going for it, no comedy except for Angelica Heustons cameo and a bright spot when the Irish rail workers have to sound very 'Irish' to contrast with Neeson and Brosnans thinly veiled accents. Neeson still rides 'English' style from his days dressed in armour and didn't take on the 'Western' style for the movie. I can think of no other reason for this other than the desire to make a western.
