im a huge fan of sci fi alien invasion type films when done right. i really liked this film but it doesnt stand out really. the angle is slightly different but its still a kind of independence day film. several times i got flashes of ID4. the rousing speeches the alien domination and the obvious 4 or 5 guys against a horde of aliens. having said that aaron echkart is double hard and holds the role well . nothing new really here but great popcorn movie
