Brooklyn's Finest
Awful...Cringeworthy - blueberry
I cringed all the way through this film, for the terrible acting, for the rip-off storyline (tries very hard to be a cross between training day, crash a few others), for the over the top and pointless sex scenes (richard gere has gone a long way off his prime since his officer and a gentleman days!), for the obvious ending, for the lazy stereotypes, for the cast, the crew and the poor audience who've been sucked in to waste their money on this embarrassment of a movie. Worst thing I've ever seen. I never write reviews but I felt I had to at least try to save a few people from having to endure it.

Not a great movie. 3 different stories in one movie that are meant to gel together in 5 minutes at the end but don't. Gere not made for this role at all and plays it very badly. Hawke's character is... MORE

Could have been a classic - pauljeremiah
Brooklyn's Finest is clichéd cop film only in setup, not in execution. The scripting and a plethora of strong performance elevate the familiar veins that make up the films structure. In fact, three... MORE

Fuqua's Finest - simonconnolly
I have always really enjoyed the films of Antoine Fuqua but I've also always noticed that they are all hugely flawed films, and not one of them remained strong for the entirety of the runtime. Tears... MORE
