The Uninvited

I did really like this movie. I rented it with a few mates the other night. Totally un-expected plot.

The movies is based around a young girl Anna (Emily Browning) who returns from a mental hospital after she tried to kill herself after seeing the house her ill mother was tying in burst into flames and in turn killing her mother. She returns home to her sister Alex(Arielle Kebbel) and her father Steven(David Strathairn) a writer. Her mother former nurse Racheal(Elizabeth Banks) is now in a relationship with her father. Anna meet her sistr when she is swimming and her sister goes crazy because her Letters and Cd's etc haven been sent to Anna. Anna starts to seeghosts ofher mother. All the time and she starts to think that Racheal killed her mother so she could have her father. She also starts seeing3 hildren connected to racheal from her last job that died. She looks up Rachael and shes that she has changed her name and tht perls in her jewerly box are from another woman whom she worked for. She confronts her father about Rachals fake name and he says he knows aand that she done it to escape and abusive ex-boyfriend. Her and Alex then devise a plan to get the perls that will prove Rachl killed the 3 children and started the fire.


Not to ruin the twist Id advie you to rent it out the next time your in the mood for a great movie. The twistreally makes the movie stand out.
Deffinetly would recomend it to anyone looking or a horror movie.
