Blood: The Last Vampire

An organisation called the Council sends a vampire who looks iike a teenage japanese to kill demons on an american base. Things get out of hand and a lot of cleanup is necessary. It does retain the look and feel of the cartoon but after a while all the sword fights gets tedious. Nobody will be winning any awards for their acting either. I've seen better vampire movies
