Too Long but a Nice Story - jennith
This is a good film however with all the hype which accompanied it I have to say I was a bit dissapointed with it.There are good acting performances from Pitt and Blanchett who are ably supported by a good cast espically by the woman who plays Pitts adopted mother.However the story goes to slow and there are elements of this film that had no need to be there and there are times I feel like saying to Brad Pitt please hurry up.The plot of the film as most know is that Benjamin is born old his mother dies in child birth and the father can not take the child as he is too hideous and due to resentment from the death of his wife.Benjamon is taken in by a coloured woman who happens to work in an old folks home and cares for him.We see Benjamin go from an old man to a young boy and see his love for Blanchett which is basicaly what the film is about and it is nice just a bit too long.
