He's Just Not That Into You
Does what it says on the tin - BMacD
Obviously noone in the cinema was expecting to be blown away by the profound thematic content of 'He's Just Not That Into You' but for what it is, it's good. The starstudded cast including Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck and Scarlet Johanson ensures that the acting is to a decent standard and we can't help but become engrossed in the ins and outs of the various relationships we are introduced to. The film is driven by various subplots, all revolving around relationships or the lack there of, but similar to Love Actually the links between them often just fall short of satisfaction. That said, an entertaining script along with some interesting relationship philosophies will certainly leave some food for thought in any audience. Well worth the watch.
