Gang life with the glamour (and a story) - PaulyG
Gomorrah a really good show but lacking a unifying story. Unlike other crime movies (Godfather, Goodfellas, Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrells) Gomorrah doesn't glamourise the gangsters concentrating on the lives of foot soldiers on the run down estates in Naples. It shows how the gang members make their money through drug dealing and illegal dumping, the grim reality of crime. But by focusing on a series parallel stories it introduces a large cast of characters who rarely overlap and the film lacks real momentum, a series of vignettes without a real focus.

i didn't really like this one, my boyfriend loved it. difference of opinion. i thought there was too many storylines, i had to keep asking what was happening. and im not usually like that at films.... MORE

Stunning - Ciarán
Don't know what Grainne has been smoking, this film was unbelievably awesome. Its funny, engaging and disturbing. If you dont like this film then maybe you would prefer Yes Man or Bedtime Stories :) MORE
