There's something hauntingly beautiful about this entire album. I was quite apprehensive given the hype around Florence and her magnificent Machine in recent months with the possibility of a major let down with her debut album but I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone! I got the CD yesterday (yes I'm still of the CD generation...there's nothing better than unwrapping a new cd, flicking through the songs to get an idea of what the album is like whilst looking through the booklet hoping that the lyrics are there...unfortunately not in this case but still a pretty cool booklet with some fabulous pictures!). I've listened to it several times now and so far I love every song. Esp Cosmic Love...since the O2 ad came out I've been counting the days to the album release date. And of course the new single Rabbit Heart is great too. All in all this is the best album I've come across in quite a while. Definitely worthy of its 5 stars!
