Will Hugh Jackman make X-Men 2 a Reunion Special?

Just when you thought those X-Men couldn't get any more AMAZING, they go and bring back not one but two of the franchise's most beloved actors, Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart. And as if that wasn't enough, we're now hearing rumours that Hugh Jackman might be bringing sexy back in Days of Future Past.

The Hollywood Reporter says Jackman has just entered into talks to star in Bryan Singer's sequel to X-Men: First Class. If his role is anything like his cameo in the last movie we're totally game, but we can't help but hope we'll get a little more if he seals a deal. We just can't get enough of The Boy from Oz.

X-Men: Days of Future Past will be based on Chris Claremont's Uncanny X-Men storyline. The movie is due to go into production in January 2013 and will hopefully be hitting Irish cinemas around July 18th 2014.
