We can't decide whether it's weird or not to want to fast forward to the end of Thor: the Dark World since finding out that Chris Hemsworth can be seen passionately kissing his real-life wife NOT on-screen love interest Natalie Portman.
Portman, who plays scientist Jane, told the New York Daily News that she couldn't make a reshoot for the final scenes so Chris's wife Elsa Pataky (an actress in her own right, she was in Fast & Furious 6) threw on a wig and did the honours.
She said; 'He was working in Hong Kong and I couldn't get there because I was working on my own film.'
'And so they put his wife in my wig and costume, that's why it was so passionate. It was such a perfect solution, wasn't it?'
Yes it was, Natalie, yes it was.
Perhaps if he thinks it really is as passionate as Natalie says Lars Von Trier will consider casting the married couple in his next feature?
