Say what you will about Tom Holland but don't call him underprepared for work.
Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr. were on a special 'Game Night' edition of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' last night to talk all things 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' and it turns out that Holland had some very interesting prep work for the role that started out as a joke but quickly became a nightmare.
Holland, as a Brit, had no idea what American high school life was like so he jokingly suggested to Marvel that he try it out in secret to get a feel for it and lo, Marvel acquiesced.
The only problem was that the school was a school for geniuses, and Holland, by his own admission, is not a genius.
We call this "pulling a 'Never Been Kissed'".
