It’s really a testament to Mel Gibson’s career and experience as an actor and director that he can convey so much information in a mere four minutes as well as entertain people and get them excited.

Gibson appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and talked about his truly mad (as in both angry and insanely coincidental) means of landing the titular role of Mad Max, a role he played in three films.

He also talked about what he thought about Fury Road and his experience of watching the film for the first time with Tom Hardy, the new Max.

Lastly, he talks with Stephen about all the possibilities for a sequel to his epic The Passion of the Christ. Stephen Colbert sounds pretty intrigued by the whole thing, and his enthusiasm is infectious.
