There really is something genuinely disturbing about the idea of 3D animated cartoon characters doing some unspeakably weird stuff.
Yet, for all that weirdness, it's also really hilarious. As described by one critic, Sausage Party is "what would happen if everyone at Pixar had syphilis" - to which Seth Rogen replied, "I'm taking that as a compliment."
The red-band trailer for Sausage Party debuted earlier this morning and, by all accounts, it is well and truly f*cked up.
