To the possible dismay of parents of young children around the world, Disney are releasing a new short documenting the latest adventures of Elsa, Olaf and Anna.

After the box office success of the original, and the huge merchandise sales it generated, it’s understandable that Disney want to gently remind people of the franchise before Frozen 2 comes out in 2019.

The short, which is titled Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, will be released in conjunction with Pixar film Coco which hits Irish cinemas in January of next year.

Running length is 21 minutes and it will contain four new songs written by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson. Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Josh Gad will return to voice the main characters.

There’s no news of a DVD release so parents won’t be subjected to repeated viewings of Olaf’s Frozen Adventure just yet. Watch the trailer below:
