Twice Shy, a coming-of-age-drama written and directed by Tom Ryan, is heading to Cannes for the Marche du Film, and will be released in Ireland on 23rd June.

Starring Ardal O’Hanlon (Handsome Devil) and Pat Shortt (Garage), as well as newcomers Shane Murray Corcoran and Iseult Casey, the story follows a young, unmarried couple who travel from Ireland to London after an unplanned pregnancy.

There’s music from Ash, Gavin James, Republic of Loose and The Corrs, and the film’s already garnered acclaim and awards on the festival circuit.
