Watch: Conan's epic MTV Movie Awards 2014 entrance + all the winners (incl. Zefron's abs)

Even proper celebs are in awe of Zac Efron's physique. Clearly he is carved from stone by the Gods, and hence he took home 'Best Shirtless Performance' at last night's MTV Movie Awards, the most glowing of awards where celebrities are rewarded for things such as the aforementioned shirtlessness, 'Best On-Screen Transformation' AKA the 'you made yourself ugly but you're really pretty in real life wow congrats for you' award and 'Favourite Character', which is basically just baiting stans of Divergent, The Hunger Games and every other Young Adult obsession to duke it out online so MTV land some hits.

Those last two went to Jared Leto and Shailene Woodley respectively, who are actually pretty good actors who deserve to be above this trawler of refuse but how-and-ever, this is the land of fake awards that are only given out so people will show up so we shall overlook it.

Conan O'Brien was on hand to MC the whole affair, which thankfully led itself nicely to some pretty decent humour otherwise we'd probably skewer our eyes out having to watch the whole thing.
