What happens when American gun-runners, South African arms dealers and members of the IRA all disagree over a sale in a warehouse full of guns in the '70s? Ben Wheatley's 'Free Fire', apparently.

While we could do without another Hollywood movie using gun worship as a draw/plot point, early reviews from Toronto International Film Festival have been strong to confirm this film lies more in the comedy camp than that of an all-out Michael Bay style gunslinger.

Starring Cillian Murphy, Brie Larson, Sharlto Copley, Armie Hammer, Sam Riley, Michael Smiley and an almost unrecognisable Jack Raynor, 'Free Fire' centers around a gun deal gone bad, with Larson the lone woman in a room full of angry men. For that reason alone, we hope she's the only one who walks out at the end of it.

'Feel Fire' is scheduled for release in Irish cinemas on March 31, 2017.
