Did you know there was a movie with Anthony Hopkins and Colin Farrell where the latter played a serial killer? Well there is and it's been on the shelf for a while after problems with distribution.

That doesn't mean that it's a bad film, apparently, as reviews for Solace have actually been quite strong. But it was initially conceived as a sequel to Seven and it absolutely has a similar vibe. But obviously gives away that Farrell is the wrong sort nutjob murdering people.

Not sound, Colin. Not sound at all.

The film has a story by Ted Griffin who has done sterling scribe work in the likes of Ocean's Eleven and Matchstick Men previously, while the lofty Peter Morgan (The Queen and Frost/Nixon) is also credited. Brazilan helmer Afonso Poyart calls the shots.

Anyway, the trailer is below if you fancy a butchers.

Looks like fun, we have to say.
