Although many people believed that the trailer for 'Captain Marvel' would have landed sooner, it now looks like it's happening this Tuesday.

Brie Larson has been booked for 'Good Morning America' this week and while nothing has been confirmed by Marvel, Disney or ABC, it's almost a given that a trailer is due to land online at the same time as the star of a major comic-book blockbuster doesn't just rock up to a daytime show like that without good reason.

Not only that, 'Good Morning America' often debuts trailers for Disney and Marvel properties including 'Solo: A Star Wars Story' and 'Avengers: Infinity War', so it all makes sense. Set photos earlier this month showed our first proper look at Brie Larson in the titular role, whilst a digitally de-aged Samuel L. Jackson was shown, not to mention Jude Law as the alien Mar-Vell.

'Captain Marvel' will be the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first female-led movie and also the first Marvel Cinematic Universe entry to be co-directed by a woman, as indie darlings Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck are behind the camera for this one.

Check back in on Tuesday and see if we're right.
