A very, very, very select few will get to see the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens this week in the US as nine cinemas were listed that

Regal, who made the announcement, said that just nine of their cinemas nationwide would be showing the trailer on Friday, but that it would appear before every movie that the play on the day.

It is the day after Thanksgiving over there, so if they weren't already expecting a lot of people to show up, they can now guarantee that they'll have queues around the block from first thing in the morning.

This comes hot on the heels of a two-second clip that claimed to show a snippet of the trailer, but we can expect a whole lot more of those on Friday when people undoubtedly film this and upload it to YouTube, because it is the internet afterall. It might be a futile gesture though, as the trailer is also believed to be hitting the net at the same time.

Of course, the trailer for Jurassic World is also coming out this week and we want you to let us know in the poll below which one you're more excited for.
