The Rock is definitely going to be in a superhero movie, that we know, and are incredibly excited about. The film will be DC Comics' Shazam, and it is set to be released at some point in 2016.
However, speaking to USA Today, he claimed that the character wasn't decided on yet, but here's where it gets interesting. He doesn't know if he'll play the hero, Shazam(Captain Marvel) or the villain, Black Adam.
Yeah, it seems like an obvious choice for us too, but we're not going to be the ones to tell him he's wrong, especially if he ends up being a 6'5 baddie with superpowers.
Despite not knowing which role he will fulfill, he assured fans of his commitment to the film. "I am putting my heart and soul and my bones into this role", which is funny because those are the exact things we'd expect him to crush should he don the black suit and speaks with a scary voice.
