According to a police report that has just surfaced, actor Sylvester Stallone was accused of sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl while he was filming a movie in Las Vegas in the late 1980s. Stallone was 40 years old at the time and his 27 year old bodyguard was also involved in the incident.

The Daily Mail broke the news after obtaining the police report which alleges that the teenager was 'intimidated' into having sex with him and his bodyguard Michael 'Mike' De Luca at the former Las Vegas Hilton hotel in July 1986.

Stallone allegedly had sex with the girl after which he reportedly invited De Luca to join them. The girl said she became ‘very uncomfortable’ with the arrangement but felt she had ‘no choice.’ She said that she was forced to perform oral sex on both men and that De Luca also penetrated her.

After the incident, the unidentified teen claims that Stallone threatened her to not tell anyone what happened as both men were married. He allegedly said that if she said anything, 'they would have to beat her head in.'

According to the police report, she decided not to press charges against the men because she was 'humiliated and ashamed', as well as being 'scared'.

Stallone’s spokesperson has since denied the accusations in the report, saying that said incident “never happened.” A statement released by his rep to TMZ reads: "This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."
