Well Katy Perry's done it, One Direction are about to do it, so why shouldn't Susan Boyle? Yes, the feral haired Scottish singer who rose to fame after dreaming a dream on Britain's Got Talent will soon have the story of her life adapted into a big budget Hollywood blockbuster. Now unlike Katy and the boys from 1D, Susan's flick will not be filmed as a documentary, it'll be shot as a fully fledged drama. This should be a fairly straight forward affair for Boyle, given that she's already had her life played out in the stage musical hit 'I Dreamed a Dream'. Having just signed an enormous deal with movie makers and shakers, Susan's already putting out the feelers on her top choice of actors. Her preferred actor for the role of her manager? George Clooney, of course. "It's wishful thinking. But it's Hollywood... anything can happen." And who might take on the titular role of Susan herself? Julie Walters. While getting oul Georgie boy to sign on the dotted line may a teeny bit challenging, we actually agree that Walters would be the best woman for the job.

Commenting on the news, Boyle says: "My story will make a great film. We are in the middle of negotiations just now for a film about my life. There's only one person I'd love to play me and that's Julie Walters. She would do the job and you just know she would do my story justice."

Certainly one to watch out for.
