Dublin may need to up their game this Sunday as the force is certainly strong in Kerry this week with all this Star Wars filming. (Sorry).

You have probably heard by now that the new movie (episode VIII) is filming off the coast of Kerry on Skellig Michael, which means there is a few of Hollywood's finest hanging around in the nearby coastal town of Portmagee.

One such star is actor Mark Hamill who of course plays Luke Skywalker in the hit movie franchise. He called into The Bridge Bar in the town and even got behind the bar to try his hand at pulling a pint.

Apparently he was a right gent too with one local Steve Lynott saying; "He was very generous with his time. Despite getting off the shoot late in the day, he stood for pictures and signed autographs for children and still had to get up early this morning for more filming."
