Universal Pictures announced details on a bunch of sequels on Tuesday at CinemaCon.

First up Snow White and the Huntsman will be returning to the silver screen in 2015 and so too will Kristen Stewart when she reprises her title role.

Universal Pictures chairman Adam Fogelson confirmed the 23-year-old actress - who had a brief fling with the first film's director Rupert Sanders that resulted in the end of his marriage to model Liberty Ross last year - is taking on the lead role again in the second installment of the film, which will be released in 2015.

Kristen, who has mended her relationship with her boyfriend Robert Pattinson following her affair, revealed she was excited about the sequel and predicted it would be 'amazing'.

She said in December: 'It's gonna be f**king amazing. No, I'm so excited about it, it's crazy. The other day I said that there was a strong possibility that we're going to make a sequel, and that's very true, but everyone was like, 'Whoa, stop talking about it.' So no, I'm totally not allowed to talk about it.'

It was previously reported that Rupert will not direct the sequel, despite the huge success of the first film.

2015 will also see a sequel to Pitch Perfect, which followed a capella group Bellas in their hilarious quest for musical glory. According to Hollywood.com, the aca-awesome Rebel Wilson will be bringing her vocal gymnastics to the follow-up and Skylar Astin is reportedly in talks about also making a return.

“I do have a meeting with a Universal representative next week. And I know that Rebel Wilson had hers last weekend. It's definitely a talking point," Astin told MovieWeb.

Finally Fast & Furious 7 (directed by James Wan (Saw)) will be revving into cinemas on July 11th 2014. Jason Statham will be playing the baddie and his character will apparently be related to the Fast & Furious 6 villain, played by Luke Evan. Fast & Furious 6 hits cinemas this May 23rd.
