Kicking off the proceedings for the Fingal Film Festival this Spring is "This Must Be The Place" starring the legendary Sean Penn. Partly shot in Fingal and starring young Irish actress, Eve Hewson, This Must Be The Place will be screened at UCI Cinema Blanchardstown on Wednesday March 21st. Tickets available here.

And as if this wasn't exciting enough, the organisers behind the festival have also annoucned that IFTA Award Winner Martin Mc Cann is giving a masterclass for budding actors during this three day festival. You'll most likely be familiar with Martin for his uncannily accurate portrayal of Bono in the film "Killing Bono". He also starred as Phaedrus in the 2010 remake of the "Clash of the Titans" and in the new HBO series "The Pacific".

Other festival masterclasses include BAFTA Winner Aisling Walsh, Writer / Director of "Song for A Raggy Boy", Academy Award winner Arthur Lappin, Film Producer, Emmy Nominated Joseph Conlon, Film Composer and Sylvia Stevens, Internationally acclaimed Documentary Filmmaker. Other surprise guests giving mastercalsses will be announced in the coming weeks. Full of surprises are the Fingal Film Festival folk!

All films as part of this festival will be screened in UCI Cinema Blanchardstown and we've got the tickets! Masterclasses and Q&A Screenings will take pace at Draíocht at the Blanchardstown Centre.
