All I know is that there were rumours...

...that Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has just cast Zero Dark Thirty's Jason Clarke to star in an unspecified but potentially lead role. What's more, we've heard that the sequel, as per Heat Vision, is set to take place fifteen years after the events of the first film, and will centre on a group of human scientists battling for their lives in California's San Francisco. Andy Serkis is set to reprise his role as lead ape Caesar.

...that there's a new raunchy vampire flick on its way to us, starring Heroes' Mila Ventimiglia. We've just nabbed the first red band trailer and truth be told, we're not sure what to make of it. We may have reached our quota of vampire flicks. Expect lots of blood, sex and violence. Perfect Sunday afternoon with the family viewing. NAHHHT. Watch it and tell us what you think.

... that our favourite caped crusader Christian Bale is currently in talks to star in a disaster movie called Everest. What's this one going to be about? Yep, you guessed it, that big, dangerously high Himalayan mountain that many people attempt yet fail to climb. With Universal Pictures and Working Title at the helm, Everest will base itself on the real-life expedition from 1966 wherein three separate groups of trekkers fell victim to vicious mountain storms, leading to a total of 8 deaths. The Dark Knight Rises star's role remains unknown.
