NEW TRAILER: 'Jack the Giant Slayer' just wants to save the princess
Fee fi fo fum, we smell the next big role for an Englishman. Nicholas Hoult is, as we've mentioned many times before at this stage, back on our screens this March as Jack The Giant Slayer.
Hoult takes the lead in X-Men director Bryan Singer's epic re-telling of the beloved fairy tale, Jack and the Beanstalk. There's a fine supporting cast on with Ewan McGregor, Ian McShane, Stanley Tucci and Bill Nighy on board. Of course we can't forget Ian McKellen who, thus far, would appear to be narrating the tale. Well, he's narrating the trailers at least!
A brand new trailer for the film has arrived, giving us a sneak peek inside Jack's world. He's a simple boy who loves his stories and puts his life on the line for a damsel in distress. Eleanor Tomlinson (of Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging fame) plays opposite Hoult as the lovely Princess Isabelle.
Jack the Giant Slayer hits Irish cinemas on March 22nd.
