Over the weekend, it was revealed that Carrie Fisher's role in 'Star Wars: Episode IX' would be completed via unused footage rather than CGI or another actress stepping into the role.

Now, her on-screen brother Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker has paid tribute to Fisher with a touching tweet.

Hamill called Fisher - who died in December 2016 at the age of 60 - 'simply irreplacable' and said that it was 'bittersweet that I'm facing my final chapter without her'.
