Malin Akerman's Lovelace Biopic In Trouble?

Malin Akerman has spoken about her Linda Lovelace movie, which was going up against the Amanda Seyfried biopic. Seems it has come into some trouble...

"I don't know if that's even going to go," Akerman told The Hollywood Reporter. "Last I heard, which was just before Christmas, we were supposed to start shooting in March, and now it's April. It's been one of those doomed films that I absolutely love and totally believe in." She added, "I love the script, I think it's such a well-written script about the behind-the-scenes of a battered woman."

This happens a lot when duelling flicks with the same subject go up against each other. The Seyfried version has James Franco, Sharon Stone and Peter Sarsgaard. Ackerman's has Matt Dillon - if it goes ahead.
