On behalf of everyone who saw Taken 3, we'd like to say thanks for playing and that'll do ya.

In a recent interview, Neeson revealed that he's more or less done with action movies now. "The success of certainly the Taken films, Hollywood seems to see me in a different light. I get sent quite a few action-oriented scripts, which is great. I’m not knocking it. It’s very flattering. But there is a limit, of course.”

The 62-year old Ballymena native, who's currently starring in Run All Night alongside Ed Harris, said that he's got about two years left in him before he packs in the action movies.

"If God spares me and I’m healthy. But after that, I’ll stop, I think."

Neeson was the frontrunner to play Abraham Lincoln in Steven Spielberg's film, however he dropped out and was replaced by Daniel Day-Lewis.

He's recently signed on to play Brian Cox's role in the US remake of British crime drama The Escapist. Before that, he'll be starring in Seth MacFarlane's sequel to Ted and Martin Scorsese's secretive project, Silence.

Here's a supercut of Liam Neeson getting angry at people, in the meantime.
