As Leonardo DiCaprio enters the home stretch in his pursuit of Oscar glory. the internet mockery has reached its peak.
Since everyone really believes that this HAS to be Leo's year, the memes, the GIFS and the jokes around the internet have been flowing freely but this latest effort surpasses everything that has come before.
We introduce to you, Leo's Red Carpet Rampage, an online game that brings Leo's quest for that elusive Oscar to life. You play the game as Leo and must chase after the Oscar that he so dearly needs. Along the way you have to avoid photographers, Lady Gaga and even outrun your competitors (Bryan Cranston, Eddie Redmayne, Matt Damon and Michael Fassbender all in character).
There's even a bonus 'quaaludes' level.
As you try to improve your score through the game you can collect BAFTAs, SAGs, Golden Globes, Emmys and even MTV Movie Awards. Of course they mean nothing without the Oscar. There's also a section of the game poking fun at the #Oscarssowhite issue but we'll let you discover that one for yourselves.
We're not going to lie. A large portion of our day was lost to this game today so we suggest maybe saving it for when you're finished work.
