Justin Timberlake May Join Clint Eastwood Drama Curve

01 February 2012

Justin Timberlake is in negotiations to join the Clint Eastwood/Amy Adams starring drama, Trouble with the Curve, reports Deadline.com.

The film centres on Eastwood's aging baseball scout who may be going blind, and goes on one last scouting trip with his daughter (to be played by Adams). Timberlake would play a rival scout who's into the veteran's offspring. Eastwood had apparently given up acting, but was drawn back to the front of the camera by long-time contributor Robert Lorenz, who makes his feature directing debut on the movie.

Timberlake's last film, In Time, didn't do huge business at the box office. But he's still taken off in a fairly impressive way since taking up acting.
